Mr. Park is a Certified Hedge Fund Professional (CHP), with additional (CHP) certifications at the highest level in Portfolio Analytics and Risk Management. He also attended the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business (Leadership and Management) and has served in executive leadership positions for over 20 years.
Mr. Park has closed several acquisitions and multimillion dollar lines of credit from hedge funds; as well as negotiated and / or closed many mergers, strategic partnerships, license and/or sponsored research agreements and joint ventures. As an experienced practitioner of business strategy, he has read, studied and applied numerous books and countless articles relating to business strategy (According to the Wall Street Journal, the most sought after executive skill set is strategic thinking).
Jenny earned her MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication at Miami University (Ohio).
Entrepreneur, Strategy, Finance and Operations Professional: Jenny is an accomplished leader responsible for creating and launching multiple startups and managing all aspects of growing businesses. These include launching and growing My Garden System, Inc. and several new businesses for Pitney Bowes. At Pitney Bowes Management Services, she led a team of 340 people who provided outsourced services to Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Liberty Mutual and GenRe Insurance. Jenny was responsible for the national launch of Pitney Bowes’ first document management solution for its core business and for developing multiple strategic plans that were presented to its Board of Directors. Her operational experience includes running existing and new businesses (P&L management, team leadership, marketing strategies, new product development, financial management, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements). She has a strong desire to incorporate customer needs into all aspects of business. Approximately half of her working career has included working across global markets in various industries.
Michael’s career started with Wendy’s where he served for ten years in numerous capacities throughout the domestic marketing department and the international division – the last of which was Vice President of New Products and Marketing Analysis. In 1988, Michael joined the then early stage electronic payment services company, CheckFree Corporation (now owned by Fiserv).
As CheckFree’s first Vice President of Marketing, Michael was largely responsible for the business development and national introduction of the CheckFree Electronic Payment Service. This business grew to million in annual revenue and led to a successful IPO in 1995. During his 14-year stay, CheckFree grew to over 0 million in revenue and a market cap of .4 billion – eventually selling in 2007 for billion.
Since leaving CheckFree, Michael operated his own consulting practice – Premier Marketing – and has been involved in several early stage companies, the most recent of which was WorthPoint, where he led marketing, sales and day to day operations from 2009 through mid-2012. During this time WorthPoint grew from nominal revenue to million annualized with 20,000 paid subscribers. Michael left WorthPoint in June 2012 and currently handles business development for the marketing automation and consulting services firm – The Pursuit Group – along with similar duties for Dynamic Blade Technologies.
Michael is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BS degree as well as an MBA from its Kellogg School of Management. Michael is also a member Ohio Tech Angels (Central Ohio angel investment fund), The School Choice Ohio Board; and The Pearl Interactive Network Advisory Board.
Elena is a Queen’s University educated scientist, communications and sustainability expert, political advisor and passionate environmentalist. She is a Certified Sustainability Practitioner and “walks the talk of sustainability.” Her technical expertise combined with her public policy and communication experience has facilitated the execution of numerous successful projects.
Elena travels between the US, Canada and Europe working on diverse alternative energy, clean tech projects and political campaigns. In early 2000, she implemented the first urban wind turbine in North America located in downtown Toronto. She then brought the first urban wind turbine to Southern California for the Los Angeles Community College District as an Energy Program Manager for a billion bond program.
In 2013, Elena was Toronto’s Woman of the Year for her work in designing and installing urban wind turbines in Canada, Greece, Germany, England and the United States. She was also received an award from both the German Consulate General Los Angeles and the Green Me Film Festival for her ecological and sustainable achievements.
She is the President of the Board of Directors for the Green Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Directors for the American Hellenic Council California and a Technical and Consular Advisor for an energy think tank in New York called E3NYC.
Elena was born in Canada and raised in Greece and Germany. She speaks a number of languages fluently and consults both here and abroad on as a political advisor on diverse issues. She also is an avid surfer, saxophone player, and marathon runner. Elena has a remarkable innate grace and desire to improve the world!
Pranay is an experienced Engineer with expertise on product development. He earned a Graduate degree in Electrical and Computer engineering from Temple University. Pranay is currently working as a lead engineer at John Deere on systems and component development.
He has lead product development efforts for multiple electrical and electronic components in automotive industry from concept level to production. Broad knowledge of system requirements, product validation standards, regulatory / compliance requirements are his core expertise.
Apart from being an engineer Pranay has also co-founded multiple start- up companies and helped develop their products to a marketable state.
